Thank you SO much!!! We just moved from Hawaii to the mainland and we've been craving Samoan food! With out our aunties and uncles around to teach us, we've been without anything besides panikeke! I'm def. bookmarking your blog! Talofa sis.
Please help yourself to everything on my blog...the more people that can make our beautiful food, the better...
SOOOOOO THANK YOU FOR SHARING... VERY NICE OF YOU...
You're welcome. Enjoy!
hi!i've been tracking down my uncle for his puligi recipe, he's a busy man!:) anyway, after reading your recipe, i'd have to say that his puligi is more of a modern recipe than traditional. he doesn't use any spices in his. but i can still try and get the recipe from him if you'd like to compare. the only problem is, he doesn't measure anything! typical, i know:) but i'll try my best to get him to do it. thanks again for your yummy recipes!
Hi, sounds interesting...maybe it's like a sponge steamed pudding? There are all kinds out there, but my recipe most closely resembles what I grew up with...Please try it if you get the chance...all the best!
awww LOVE YOUR VIDS:D soo gonna try these out:D
Hey great vid! I was wondering if I could get the recipe to the puligi sauce???
It's simply custard powder, milk and sugar. Mix together and heat until thickened. Good luck!
